At Kariko, we work closely with our customers to provide the most suitable delivery options for each order. Our delivery service is based on a front door, ground floor basis and takes place during standard business hours, Monday to Thursday between 9am–4pm and Friday between 9am-1pm.
When your order reaches the final stages of manufacturing, we will be in contact to confirm all delivery details. For all custom orders, you will also receive an invoice for any outstanding balance at this stage.
Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and are determined using our postcode-based freight system, allowing us to provide clear and consistent pricing across all regions. If your delivery address cannot be automatically allocated a shipping cost, please contact Kariko directly and we will gladly arrange a tailored quote for you.
If there has been a change to your delivery address since placing your order, a requote of the delivery cost may be required depending on the new location and site access.
For deliveries outside of our local service area, we utilise trusted third-party freight partners. All freight pricing is calculated upfront based on your postcode and will be confirmed prior to dispatch.
While we aim to provide accurate delivery timeframes, please note that third-party freight providers operate independently. Any delays caused by these carriers are outside of Kariko’s control.
Kariko reserves the right to revise freight costs in the event of significant increases from third-party freight providers prior to dispatch. Should this occur, we will communicate any changes with you before proceeding.
Pick up from our showroom in Sunshine West is also available. Please note that Kariko is not responsible for any damage incurred during transport arranged by customers (including vans, trailers, or roof racks). If you wish to arrange collection, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Returns Policy
As all of our bathroom vanities and shaving cabinets are made to order, no returns are accepted. Returns can be made on basins and tapware if in sealed packaging in original condition, unused and uninstalled.
